IPTV Troubleshooting

Most streaming issues come down to a handful of common causes. Jump to the problem you’re having below, work through the checklist, and message us on WhatsApp if it’s still not sorted.

Buffering & Freezing

Buffering is usually a connection or device performance issue rather than a fault with the channel itself.

Run a speed test and confirm you have a stable connection, ideally on Wi-Fi 5GHz or a wired connection.
Close other apps or devices using bandwidth at the same time, such as downloads or other streaming apps.
Restart your router, then restart your streaming device.
Try a lower stream quality if your app has a quality setting, to see if it’s a bandwidth issue.
If it persists across multiple channels and devices, message us on WhatsApp so we can check server status.

Channels or VOD Not Loading

If the app opens but the channel or VOD list is empty or won’t play, work through these checks in order.

Confirm your subscription hasn’t expired by checking your order confirmation.
Force-close and reopen the IPTV app to refresh the channel list.
If the app has a manual refresh or “update playlist” option, use it.
Remove and re-add your login using the exact Username, Password and Server URL, or M3U URL, from your original access details.
Still empty? Message support so we can check your account status.

Login or Connection Errors

Most login errors come down to a typo or a mismatch between the app and login method.

Double check your Username, Password and Server URL for extra spaces or incorrect characters.
Confirm you selected the correct login method in the app, such as Xtream Codes API rather than M3U, or the reverse.
Check your device’s date and time settings are correct, as an incorrect clock can cause connection errors.
If you’re using a MAG box, confirm the Portal URL is entered correctly and your MAC address matches what you provided when ordering.
Follow the full setup guide for your device from the start if you’re still stuck.

App Crashes or Won’t Open

Restart your device, this clears temporary memory issues that commonly cause crashes.
Check for an app update in your device’s app store.
Clear the app’s cache, or uninstall and reinstall it if the option is available.
If your device is older or low on storage, free up space before reinstalling.

Poor Picture Quality

4K and Full HD content needs more bandwidth than SD, so quality issues are usually connection related.

Confirm your internet plan and current speed can support HD or 4K streaming.
Move your router closer, or switch to a wired connection if Wi-Fi signal is weak.
Check your device supports the resolution you’re trying to watch, older devices may cap at HD.
Remember that available quality can vary by channel, so try a different channel to compare.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does my IPTV keep buffering?

Buffering is usually caused by an unstable internet connection, network congestion, or another device using bandwidth at the same time. Try the buffering checklist above.

Why won’t my channels load?

This usually means the app needs a refresh, or your login details need to be re-entered. See the channels section above.

What internet speed do I need for IPTV?

Required speed depends on the quality you’re watching and how many devices share the connection. Higher quality streams such as 4K need more bandwidth than SD.

How do I contact support if none of this works?

Visit the Support page and message our team on WhatsApp with your device type and the issue you’re seeing.
